Do you want to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your sweetheart? How does a night out without the kids sound? We’ve got the babysitting covered! On Saturday, February 14th from 3:30-8:30pm, Higher Ground youth will be available at the church to play games and make crafts with your children while you enjoy a night out! Any age child is welcome. Infants and toddlers will get extra special attention in the nursery while preschool and school age children play in the fellowship hall. Children can come for part of the evening or the whole time. A freewill donation will be taken to help send the youth on their summer mission trips to Mexico City and the Appalachian Mts. Please pre-register your children for this evening here. This is a first-come, first-serve event as we can only allow 50 children, so register early to ensure your child’s space! Registrations must be received by February 10th.

Tots Connection is for 2 ½ and 3 year old children

Kids meet Sunday mornings, downstairs in room 11 at 9:15 AM. Parents are encouraged to attend this class with their child. This time includes age appropriate lessons, activities, and play time. Children learn that God loves them while interacting with their parents and other children.

Kids Connection for 4 year olds and Kindergartners
Kids meet Sunday mornings in the Sanctuary at 9:15 AM for a short worship time before heading to their own gathering time downstairs in room 5. These children will study bible stories through story, drama, play, and crafts. Please pick up your child downstairs in room 5 at 10:30 AM.

Kids Connection for students in 1st-4th grade
Kids meet Sunday mornings in the Sanctuary at 9:15am for a short worship time before heading to their gathering time downstairs in room 2. Students will alternate between large group and small group activities as they explore God’s Word and build relationships with each other. Please pick up your child downstairs in room 2 at 10:30 AM.

Life in the Word is the weekly gathering for 5th and 6th grade students and their parents.
Students explore the basic teachings of the Bible and how to apply it to their lives. While students are in small group, parents have a chance to connect with and support each other. This group meets at 9:15am on Sunday mornings at Stoner Prairie Elementary School, 5840 DeVoro Road, just off Lacy Rd. in Fitchburg.
